What these Terms cover
These Terms govern your use of the TikCodex website at tikcodex.com. They do not govern the TikCodex desktop application, subscriptions, payments, or other services provided through the application, which are subject to separate terms.
Who operates the website
Exalted Codex LTD operates the TikCodex website. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17342078. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
What the website provides
The website provides information about TikCodex, including its features, plans, overlays, downloads, and availability. It may provide links to direct downloads, the Microsoft Store, the Apple App Store, and third-party services. The website itself does not provide TikCodex’s livestream functionality or process payments.
Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using the website after these Terms take effect, you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.
These Terms do not require you to declare that you have read or understood wording you were not given a reasonable opportunity to review.
Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled on the website. Our Tracking and Cookies page explains the website’s analytics services, cookies, browser privacy signals, and how to change your cookie choices. Both documents form part of the information governing your use of this website.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the TikCodex name, branding, website design, text, graphics, demonstrations, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to Exalted Codex LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, republish, sell, or present our website content as your own without our written permission, except where permitted by law. Rights relating to the TikCodex application are governed by the application’s separate terms.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website unlawfully or in a way that harms the website, its visitors, or others. This includes attempting unauthorized access, bypassing security controls, introducing malicious code, disrupting website operation, placing an unreasonable load on the service, infringing intellectual-property rights, impersonating TikCodex, or falsely claiming an affiliation with us.

Accuracy and website availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but information about features, plans, pricing, downloads, platform support, and release status may change. The website may occasionally contain errors or temporarily become unavailable.

Downloads and app stores
When direct downloads are available, official TikCodex installers are provided through tikcodex.com or releases.tikcodex.com. We may replace or withdraw a build for security, compatibility, or maintenance reasons. Where a checksum is shown, you can use it to verify that the downloaded file has not changed.
Downloads obtained through the Microsoft Store or Apple App Store are also subject to that store’s terms. We cannot verify or support copies obtained from unofficial sources. Installing and using TikCodex is governed by the application’s separate terms.
Third-party services
The website may link to services operated by TikTok, ByteDance, Oracle, Microsoft, Apple, and other third parties. We do not control those services, and their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
TikCodex is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of TikTok, ByteDance, Oracle, or any of their subsidiaries. References and links to Microsoft, Apple, or their app stores do not imply their endorsement of TikCodex.
Website warranties
The website is provided free of charge on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every browser or device, or that every piece of information will always be complete and current.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, warranty, condition, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Liability
These Terms apply only to the website. Liability relating to the TikCodex application, subscriptions, or payments is governed by the separate terms applicable to those services.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
If you use the website for business purposes, we are not responsible for loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, our business, or applicable law. The page will show the date it was last updated and the date the revised Terms take effect.
Where a change materially affects website users, we will provide reasonable notice on the website before it takes effect where practical. Changes will not apply retroactively unless required by law. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you should stop using the website.
Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections provided by the law of the country where you live. You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of the country where you live or in the courts of England and Wales, where applicable law permits.
If you use the website for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the website.
General legal terms
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Tracking and Cookies page, govern your use of the website. They do not replace any separate agreement governing the TikCodex application, an account, subscription, payment, or another service.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. If we delay or choose not to enforce a term on one occasion, that does not prevent us from enforcing it later.
No person other than you and Exalted Codex LTD has a right to enforce these Terms.
